What happens when the club director forgets to tell the entire team (coaches, players, and parents) about a tournament this weekend (and it's already Thursday)  "and" some players already had plans for the weekend, "and" then the head coach plays hooky (just kidding he had plans as well).  Well, If you're SA Magic 15's Elite and your assistant coach is named Gysell, you just show up and Win.  Most individuals hate changes and love consistency but as a club director I truly feel the teams that can learn to take what most individuals would consider a mountain and turn that situation into more of a mole hill or speed bump, learn how to become real long term winners.  Great Job Players, Parents, and Coach Gysell!
